<正>脑小血管病(SVD)通常是指一组来源于影响脑深穿动脉、毛细血管和小静脉,并导致脑白质和深部灰质脑损伤的疾病。这是一个集合临床、认知、神经影像和神经病理的综合征,所涉及的是保持大脑的代谢最活跃核团与复杂的脑白质网络优化运作根本的深穿血管。在过去的15年中,临床医生和研究者已经逐渐认识到SVD并不是预后良好的疾病,相反,它可以导致全球1/5的卒中,能引起认知、心理以及生理上的残疾,增加了1倍以上未来卒中的风险[1],以及为高达
