“印太”概念及其对中国的含义

摘要：

近些年来,世界战略重心东移,美国"重返亚太",印度与印度洋战略重要性上升。在这些因素的作用下,"印太"作为一个新的地缘经济、地缘政治和地缘战略概念在澳大利亚、美国、印度等国的学界和政界被广泛使用。在"印太"语境下,中国的地区影响力遭遇人为淡化,中国的海洋活动受到格外关注,部分国家积极筹划针对中国的海上安全合作和小多边机制。但由于各自利益驱动,在"印太"框架下,有关国家在联手制衡中国的问题上尚未取得一致立场。
