脑缺血后脑内血管新生机制

摘要
脑缺血发生后,纤维连接蛋白(Fn)和基底膜聚糖C-端第五功能区(DV)等细胞外基质成分表达增加,与其相应的受体整合素α5β1或αvβ3结合,可引起血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等生长因子释放增加,从而启动内源性血管新生,促进缺血区血供恢复,挽救濒死的神经元、神经胶质细胞和血管内皮细胞,有利于神经功能恢复。为进一步研究细胞外基质(Fn、DV)-受体整合素-生长因子(VEGF、Ang)通路在脑缺血后血管新生中的机制,现对其最新的相关研究做一综述。
