<正>血栓性疾病是严重危害人类健康的一组循环系统疾病,其特征是血栓形成后阻塞局部血流或者脱落成栓子堵塞下游血流,从而造成器官组织缺血、坏死。血栓性疾病的治疗方法包括抗栓、溶栓、介入疗法及手术治疗,其中抗栓治疗包括抗血小板和抗凝治疗,它作为血栓性疾病,尤其是心血管疾病治疗的基石备受关注。不同类型的血栓性疾病要采用不同的抗栓治疗方案,并且兼顾出血的风险[1]。1抗血小板药物作用机制、治疗方法及进展
