摘要：

本文报告了血浆血栓素B2的放射免疫分析法。样品经酸化后用乙酸乙酯提取,再经石油醚提取,排除了脂肪干扰,提高了方法的准确性。抗血清以TXB2-BSA为免疫原注射兔制备。[3H]-TXB2的比放射性为140ci/mmol。放射免疫分析采用非平衡法,提高了灵敏度。本法主要技术指标如下:标准曲线范围为2.5～160pg/管,三种不同浓度血浆批内CV分别为6.4、7.8、7.3％。提取示踪回收为90.3％,冷回收为92.3％。健康成人血浆测定值为127±48pg/ml。
