摘要：

高血压是引起卒中的主要原因,降低血压在卒中的一级预防和二级预防中能够获益,但急性卒中后,血压的治疗仍存在争议。本文就急性缺血性脑卒中后的血压治疗的安全性和可行性做一综述,并对目前卒中后高血压的治疗推荐指南作了总结。
