氧化低密度脂蛋白和血栓前体蛋白与急性脑梗死的相关性研究

摘要
目的动态观察氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)、血栓前体蛋白(TpP)在急性脑梗死中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定44例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)急性期、恢复期及30例健康对照者(对照组)血清OxLDL及血浆TpP水平,并对脑梗死患者行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,分析Ox-LDL、TpP在急性脑梗死中的表达与NIHSS评分的关系。结果脑梗死患者血清Ox-LDL和血浆TpP均较对照组升高,急性期Ox-LDL及TpP显著高于恢复期及对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);脑梗死组TpP含量与NIHSS评分呈正相关(P<0.01),Ox-LDL含量高低与NIHSS评分无关(P>0.05);脑梗死组Ox-LDL与TpP水平呈正相关(r=0.521,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者血清Ox-LDL、血浆TpP表达上调,且其水平随临床病程不同而发生变化,它们可能协同参与了急性脑梗死的发生、发展;血浆TpP可能与脑梗死的严重程度相关,或可作为急性脑梗死病情及预后判断的指标。
