企业信息系统实施中的意义建构:以S公司为例

摘要：

意义建构是复杂动态环境下组织认知活动的主要形式。本文以S公司为案例对象,研究了在企业改革、产业和国家信息化发展等剧烈内外部环境变化下,S公司15年信息系统实施历程中意义建构的模式。研究认为在这一历程中存在4种意义建构模式:高受控的、离散的、集成的和协同的意义建构,通过这些模式S公司形成了相应的信息系统组织认知,分别实现了信息系统的尝试性应用、业务电算化、企业集成和战略应用。研究发现每一阶段意义建构的促发因素、过程和结果具有很强的内外情境适配性,组织对信息系统及其实施的认知不断成熟是阶段演化的驱动力。
