急性缺血性脑卒中记忆障碍特点的研究

摘要：

目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中记忆障碍的特点。方法连续选取满足入组条件的急性缺血性脑卒中患者40例作为实验组,20例健康成人作为对照组,分别用简易智能状况测试(MMSE),Stroop字色干扰测验(SCWT),Rey复杂图形测验及Rey听力词语学习测验中文版(CRAVLT)评估两组受试者的总体认知功能、执行功能、视空间功能及记忆功能。结果急性缺血性脑卒中患者总体认知功能(P=0.045)、执行功能(P=0.023)、词语延迟回忆功能(P=0.005)、视空间功能(P=0.003)和视空间记忆功能(P=0.020)存在明显损害,而患者的词语瞬时记忆功能相对保留(P=0.393)。词语延迟记忆与执行功能呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者存在的记忆功能障碍以长时记忆损害为主,且这种记忆障碍可能继发于执行功能损害。
