摘要：

网络组织的形成是实现协同效应的必要条件 ,而不是充分条件。要有效发挥网络组织配置资源的独特功效 ,一个不可回避的问题就是网络组织的治理。西方学者在研究中采用了不同的分析范式 ,从不同视角对网络组织进行治理进行了探索。本文着重分析西方学者关于网络组织治理的研究现状 ,以说明目前研究的基本方向与主要内容 ,并进行必要的评析。
