针刺治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍50例临床观察

摘要：

目的:观察针刺治疗急性脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规西医治疗的基础上,治疗组予以针刺治疗,对照组予康复训练,采用标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)、吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组吞咽功能、生活质量改善优于对照组。结论:早期针刺治疗可以改善急性脑梗死患者的吞咽功能,提高生活质量。
