摘要：

服务在现代制造中扮演着越来越重要的角色,有形产品与无形服务集成为综合系统(产品服务系统,PSS)为顾客提供全面的解决方案。文章从服务化程度和交易过程中客户所有权多少的角度将产品服务系统分为三类:面向产品的PSS、面向应用的PSS和面向效用的PSS,并分别分析了三类产品服务系统的特点,阐述了不同产品服务系统类别之间的转化过程。最后通过陕鼓的案例研究佐证了产品服务系统在企业的应用。
