摘要：

目的　研究当归的化学成分 ,以了解该药药理作用的物质基础 ,并为其临床用药和进一步开发利用提供依据。方法　利用多种色谱方法分离纯化 ,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果　从当归根乙醇提取物中分离 7个化合物并鉴定了结构 ,分别为 :(1)阿魏酸 ,(2 )阿魏酸松伯醇酯 ,(3 )邻苯二甲酸 -2 -乙基己酯 ,(4)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 ,(5)木蜡酸 ,(6)棕榈酸 ,(7)Z -6,7-顺式 -二羟基藁苯内酯。结论　邻苯二甲酸 -2 -乙基己酯和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为首次从当归中获得
