血小板微粒体与缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究进展

摘要
血小板微粒体(Platelet microparticles,PMP)是血小板在不同刺激作用下细胞膜脱落所形成的直径小于1.0μm的微粒。血循环的PMP形成、释放及水平反映血小板活化。PMP具有促凝血作用,并且通过将其胞膜上生物活性物质传递给靶细胞,从而影响靶细胞的生物学功能。PMP水平升高被认为是血管性疾病的标志物,如缺血性脑卒中。本文就血小板微粒体在缺血性脑卒中的研究进展作一综述。
