摘要：

国内外对老年性痴呆动物模型进行了大量探索,本文主要介绍其中较有代表性的转基因模型、毁损模型、自身免疫模型、衰老模型等的制作方法,比较其优缺点,并根据各模型特点指出其使用范围。
