急性进行性脑梗死的血小板平均体积变化

摘要：

目的 :探讨急性进行性脑梗死的血小板体积的变化。方法 :对本类入院病人在 2 4小时内、第 3天和第 7天测外周血小板平均体积 ( MPV)和血小板计数 ( PC)。结果 :5 4例病人三次检测数据分别为 MPV:1 3.4± 2 .79( ft)、1 1 .98± 1 .90、和 1 1 .2 3± 1 .75。 PC:1 2 0 .± 4 7.6 0 (× 1 0 9/ L)、1 84 .1 8± 5 1 .6 3、和 1 95 .92± 83.4 9。超早期和第 3天的变化明显 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :急性进行性脑梗死的早期 MPV的增加和 PC的减少可能是病情进行性进展的独立危险因素之一。
