摘要：

本文首先在新经济地理框架下构建了3×2×2空间均衡模型,提出了理论假说:劳动力流动以及FDI向沿海的流动加剧中国非农产业在东部沿海地区的集聚。通过使用中国2005年30个省份的截面数据研究发现,劳动力流动和FDI对非农产业集聚有着显著正向影响,与FDI相比较,劳动力流动对非农产业的集聚影响更为明显。在中国,劳动力流动和FDI并没有能够形成新经济地理中所述的"循环累积",但人口密度、市场潜能、基础设施、人力资本等因素对非农产业的集聚有着显著的影响。
