摘要
如何降低供应风险是制造商最为关心的问题之一.考虑供应商有关于供应初始可靠性的私有信息,同时还可通过流程改进提高初始可靠性.在此内生风险下,运用委托代理理论,研究制造商如何设计采购合同,同时激励供应商付出努力降低风险.研究分别得到并比较了信息对称和不对称下制造商和供应商双方的最优决策,并发现不对称信息的存在不一定降低供应链的利润或产生信息租金,同时制造商的最优合同可通过权衡供应链损失和信息租金来获得.当供应商的初始可靠性水平及谈判力满足一定条件时,供应商将自愿显露其私有信息,与制造商分享整条供应链的利润.所得结论对供应风险下的采购实践有很好的参考价值和指导意义.
