摘要：

Waterconservation is concerning with environ- ment protection and the sustainable development of paper industry. The paper introduces the internationally advanced water conservation measures and water consumption targets, analysesthe water flow and utilization of fresh water and clarified water in different enterprises and discusses the reclamation techniques and wastewater disposal facili- ties for pulp and paper industry effluent.
