新兴场域中的制度创业研究——以中国P2P行业为例

摘要：

通过分析2006年至今中国P2P企业的制度创业问题,剖析了新兴场域的演变过程、制度创业的动因和结果。发现:P2P制度创业的过程也是合法性逐步获取的过程;随着制度变迁,P2P创业的规制性、规范性和认知性之间的联系得到增强;新兴场域的制度创业呈现出"地位化—理论化—制度化"的过程。
