摘要
尽管组织文化变革因其战略重要性而在组织文化研究领域受到广泛关注,而且组织文化的复杂性已为学者们认可,但是却少有研究基于组织文化的复杂性与多层面性的视角,对组织文化变革机制进行探讨。基于组织文化四层次模型,本文对组织愿景、组织制度与组织中员工价值观的相互作用进行了分析与讨论,推演了组织文化变革的四种机制,即理念驱动型,制度驱动型,个性驱动理念型以及个性驱动制度型,提出了组织文化变革管理的实施建议。
