摘要：

在开放创新环境下,参与全球制造网络的不同类型的本土企业因在关系嵌入与吸收能力协同方面的不同表现,导致了其知识搜寻内在逻辑的复杂和创新演化路径的不确定。文章进一步以中国轿车企业为例,深入分析了全球制造网络效应下本土的跨国合资企业和民营企业在关系嵌入和吸收能力协同上的差异对各自知识搜寻努力与自主创新能力提升所产生的重要影响。
