摘要：

考虑大学技术转移包括外部企业许可使用和科研人员内部创业两种模式,从技术许可契约角度构建技术发明者、授权方及受让方三方参与的技术转移博弈模型,通过分析两种模式下的博弈均衡解,揭示道德风险和逆向选择是契约设计的主要影响因素,最后对技术转移过程中参与方的模式选择决策依据进行了探讨和总结.
