从优化到重塑——大变局中的供应链高质量发展

摘要
全球化退潮带来全球价值链布局调整,严重威胁供应链安全.新冠疫情大流行加剧各种不确定性,极大地冲击了供应链运行.同时,数字化等新兴技术正在推动商业创新,为供应链价值创造提供了新的机遇.运营优化致力于促进高效协同进而实现供应链协调.大变局中各种变量交织进一步催化供应链向以平台为基础的生态圈重塑.生态圈以资源开放共享促进多主体跨界融合,以运营协调和互利共赢构筑系统生态平衡,以智慧化赋能风险管理和绿色运营,以结构重组和模式变革推动无界创新,实现参与主体的价值共创.为此,需要强化“利益共同体”理念,通过机制建设力促资源共享、风险共担、主体互信和利益分配,增进生态理念与价值认同,提升平台运营管理,优化生态系统治理,营造开放创新生态,升级危机管理能力,以生态圈构建赋能供应链高质量发展.
