<正>脑卒中后抑郁（post-stroke depression,PSD）是与脑卒中事件相关的一种情感障碍性疾病,其临床主要表现为抑郁心境、快感缺乏、睡眠障碍、疲乏及无价值感等。研究结果显示PSD的患病率为20%72%,这可能与PSD模糊的定义、不同的入选标准、观察时间及实验方法有关。到目前为
