摘要：

近年来,众筹融资模式在美国发展较为迅速。本文分析了众筹融资模式的内涵及其产生的原因,以及美国众筹融资的发展现状及其存在的问题,对美国JOBS法案有关众筹融资模式的内容进行解读。在借鉴美国经验的基础上,本文提出在保护投资者利益的条件下,我国可以试点发展众筹融资。
