摘要：

二战结束后,美国在亚太地区构筑了以双边联盟为基础的亚太联盟体系,成为美国参与亚太地区事务的主要手段。美国亚太联盟体系虽然经历了60多年的发展,但"中心—轮辐"体系的主要特征始终得以维系。这一体系所面临的国际和地区环境的变化对其产生了深刻的影响,特别是联盟体系所处的外部环境的转变形成了一种累积效应,逐渐改变着联盟体系并挑战体系的典型特征,对美国在地区安全秩序中的角色以及联盟体系产生着重大影响。
