摘要：

This paper measures the openness of china’s capital account in two respects:quantity and price. Quantity openness measures the effect of capital flow on whole economic scale, and price openness measures the effect of capital flow on interest determination. This paper uses a new method to get the price openness under the condition that China has not the market interest.
