颠覆性技术识别方法研究与应用分析

摘要
颠覆性技术因其特殊性受到越来越多的重视,但目前主流的颠覆性技术识别方法仍存在缺陷和不足,并未取得专家共识。该文通过文献调研、专家咨询等方法对国内外颠覆性技术研究机构及其识别方法进行了梳理,分析了目前识别方法的种类、国内外发展的差距、未来发展的方向和目前识别方法的不足,并提出了一些想法和建议。
