交织混合型战略——一个多案例研究的发现

摘要：

通过多案例研究方法,本文讨论了3家在中国本土创立并成长起来的饭店公司采取的业务层面战略的特征及其含义。论文主要回答了两个问题:这3家饭店公司如何成功地将低成本战略和差异化战略结合到了一起?为什么这种结合方式在我们的研究背景中是可行的?对于前者,我们指出,这3家经济型饭店公司密不可分地将低成本战略的要素与差异化战略的要素交织到了一起,而不仅仅是将两个方面的要素进行简单结合。对于后者,我们指出,我们的研究对象存在于"中国"及"饭店业"这两个具体的背景中。与其他背景相比,这两个背景的特殊性使得交织混合型战略表现出更好的可行性。在对两类背景进行了深入分析后,我们提出了3个命题及一个概念性模型。
