摘要：

城市内部居住迁移是家庭与住房的空间匹配过程,也是理解城市重构的核心问题,是西方城市地理学、社会学和行为科学的重要研究内容。文章首先从居住迁移决策模型、居住迁移过程和居住迁移与城市重构相互关系三个方面对西方城市内部居住迁移研究进行综述。在简单回顾国内相关研究的基础上,借鉴西方的研究视角,提出国内相关研究展望。
