国际电子政务研究进展——基于三种外文期刊近五年刊文的统计分析

摘要：

以Government Information Quarterly、Electronic Journal of e-Government和International Journal of Electronic Government Research三种外文期刊近五年刊载的学术论文为研究对象,首先对论文的时空分布、作者情况进行了统计分析;其次,通过关键词词频的统计得到政府透明、电子民主、电子政务技术、电子政务用户等研究热点,并结合关键词的年度分布发现电子政务发展在公众参与、开放政府数据等方面的研究趋势;最后从推进合作力度、促进研究成果进一步国际化、研究方法更加多元化等三个方面提出对中国电子政务研究的启示。
