电子政务实施成效关键影响因素的实证研究

摘要：

本文根据电子政务成熟度模型、钻石模型、技术执行框架、IT治理等研究成果,讨论了电子政务治理对电子政务实施成效的重要作用。在此基础上,本文基于信息系统和电子政务实施成效影响因素的相关文献,进一步建立了电子政务实施成效的关键影响因素模型,并采用调查研究法、SEM数据分析技术及LISREL8.80软件工具,对171个来自于中国政府信息管理部门的有效样本进行了分析验证。实证研究结果表明,电子政务治理能力作为对电子政务实施成效具有重要影响的研究变量,与环境的就绪程度和组织的支持程度一样,对电子政务实施成效具有显著的正向影响作用。
