摘要：

本文提出了我国对外直接投资模式转变的必然性,对中国对外直接投资的现状与特点进行了分析和判断,运用内部张力、外部引力和环境支撑力范式对影响对外直接投资的各作用力进行了理论分析,然后根据经典的对外直接投资理论建立了7大假设,通过建立相关计量模型.利用我国1995—2006年的统计数据对各种因素的作用方向和程度进行了多元计量分析,最后对优化我国对外直接投资模式提出了政策建议。
