<正>短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemicattack,TIA)是缺血性脑血管病的一种常见类型,其神经功能损害是短暂的,但TIA后卒中的发生率将明显增加。研究报道,TIA后2天内卒中发生率为3.5%,30天内为8.0%,90天内为9.2%。也有研究显示TIA后2天、7天内卒中发生率分别为3.1%和5.2%。作为一种预警,它受
