供应链信息系统网络的价值创造:技术契约视角

摘要：

本文基于委托代理理论,通过定义供应链信息系统网络中的技术契约概念,从技术契约角度探讨供应链信息系统网络的价值创造机制。运用博弈论方法建立委托代理关系的技术契约模型,解释企业投资供应链信息系统网络的价值创造的内涵和表现。研究表明,供应链信息系统网络主要通过降低供应链中伙伴企业之间协同的运作成本和交易成本两个方面来创造价值,同时,通过成本的降低、效率的提升及知识的学习与分享等,在供应链合作伙伴之间形成价值创造的外溢效应。
