血清胆碱酯酶水平与急性脑梗死病情严重程度及预后的相关性

摘要
目的探讨血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)水平与急性脑梗死患者的病情严重程度及预后的相关性。方法选择急性脑梗死患者325例作为病例组,另选取体检中心健康体检者101例作为对照组。用速率法测定血清CHE水平。根据梗死灶直径和发病1年后的改良Rankin评分(mRS评分)对病例组进行分组。对所收集资料进行统计学分析。结果中小面积脑梗死组血清CHE水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);大面积梗死组血清CHE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。病例组梗死面积、入院时NIHSS评分、发病1年后的mRS评分均与血清CHE之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.302、-0.232、-0.455,P<0.001)。血清CHE、年龄、入院时NIHSS评分及梗死灶直径可能为脑梗死预后的独立影响因素。结论急性脑梗死患者早期血清CHE水平与患者的梗死面积及病情严重程度相关,可能是脑梗死预后的独立影响因素。
