AECOPD患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和CRP浓度联合检测的临床意义

摘要：

目的联合检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)和C反应蛋白(CRP)表达,探讨三者在AECOPD中的作用。方法观察组为AECOPD患者40例,选取我院同期体检证实为健康者40例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测2组人群血清MMP-9和TIMP-1浓度,采用乳胶免疫比浊法检测2组患者血清CRP浓度,进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和CRP浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1浓度和CRP浓度呈正相关(r1=0.56,P<0.01;r2=0.60,P<0.01)。结论 AECOPD患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和CRP浓度显著升高,其可能与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的病情发展相关。
