摘要：

本文系统介绍了脑梗死后脑心综合征,阐述了冠状动脉病变和心脏室壁运动异常不一致的基本定义,通过探讨脑心综合征与脑梗死部位及分型的关系、自主神经相关的疾病发病机制、典型心绞痛样临床表现以及心脏标志物、心电图、超声心动图异常变化的实验室检查的不同特点,明确了疾病的基本发病规律。同时总结了脑梗死后脑心综合征的研究空白,特别是在其出现的时间规律、治疗管理方案以及临床转归方面提出了相关的研究建议,为脑梗死脑心联合治疗的研究和方法优化提供指导。
