摘要
本文围绕企业研发人员工作激励研究主题,分别考察了人力资源管理、团队管理和知识管理三个领域的研发人员工作激励研究成果以及亟待解决的问题,并在此基础上指出,未来的研究应在关注研发人员个体需求的基础上,着重探讨如何激励他们进行团队合作和知识共享,以提高企业的知识创新能力。
