组织结构、创新与企业绩效:环境的调节作用

摘要：

基于397家中国企业的问卷调查所得数据,检验了探索式创新、利用式创新的前因和后果,发现:正规化的组织结构对两类创新均有促进作用,集权化的组织结构对利用式创新有负面影响;两类创新对企业绩效均有提升作用;环境竞争性对探索式创新与绩效的关系起正向调节作用,而对利用式创新与绩效的关系起负向调节作用。
