摘要：

处于一定发展阶段的经济体的要素禀赋结构决定了该经济体的最优产业结构、具有自生能力的企业的规模特征和风险特性,从而形成对金融服务的特定需求。另一方面,各种金融制度安排在动员储蓄、配置资金和分散风险方面各有优势和劣势。因此,各个经济发展阶段的最优金融结构需要与相应阶段实体经济对金融服务的需求相适应,以有效地实现金融体系的基本功能,促进实体经济发展。
