创业导向对企业绩效影响关系的边界条件研究——基于元分析技术的探索

摘要：

创业导向是创业学研究领域中的一个核心概念,最受关注的是创业导向和企业绩效之间的关系。从早期的两者直接关系的研究到影响两者关系方向或强度的调节变量的引入,再到中介机制的探究,学术界积累了大量的相关文献。本文采用元分析的研究方法,基于1990～2012年的135个独立研究样本,探究创业导向对企业绩效的影响,并探索这一影响关系的边界条件。元分析的结果显示创业导向和企业绩效为中等程度的相关(r=0.307),而国家发达程度、企业所处的行业、绩效测量方式,以及研究时间点会对两者之间的关系起到不同程度的调节作用,这表明,创业导向与企业绩效的关系会受到时间、空间、行业特征及绩效评价标准的影响。
