摘要：

在华跨国公司与高校R&D合作成为一种普遍现象,探究跨国公司选择高校R&D合作伙伴的影响因素,对于理解双方合作成功的基础和机制有重要价值。本文在现有理论文献和调查的基础上,提出假设,通过问卷统计分析进行检验,构建跨国公司选择高校R&D合作伙伴的影响因素模型。双方的相容性、信任了解程度、合作伙伴的技术创新及知识产权情况、以及人力资本水平4个通过检验的影响因素中,相容性和信任了解程度的重要性在目前更为突出。各个影响因素之间存在关联和相互作用,跨国公司选择高校R&D合作伙伴是一个动态的综合性决策。
