术后认知功能障碍病理生理研究新进展

摘要
术后认知功能障碍(POCD)是麻醉手术后较严重的并发症之一,POCD具有多因素的发病机制,而术中全麻药和阿片类药物的应用加之睡眠紊乱患者术后较易发生POCD。另外,外科手术尤其心脏手术介导的炎性反应与POCD密切相关。因此,合理使用各类麻醉药以及减少炎性反应将会减少POCD的发生。在此重点就近年来POCD的发生因素、机制及防治措施进行综述。
