心肌缺血再灌注无复流现象机制的研究进展

摘要：

无复流现象显著降低急性心肌梗死后冠状动脉再通治疗的成功率,因此如何减少无复流现象的发生已成为当今心脏内科治疗领域的研究热点。无复流现象可能由多种因素造成,但具体机制尚不十分明确,现对无复流现象机制的研究进展综述如下。
