正常甲状腺功能病态综合征在不同疾病状态中的表现及治疗进展

摘要：

正常甲状腺功能病态综合征(ESS)是指由于严重的急性或慢性非甲状腺疾患、创伤和禁食等多种临床状态引起的血循环中甲状腺功能检测指标异常,常表现为血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)降低,甲状腺素(T4)正常或降低,而促甲状腺激素(TSH)通常在正常范围,其在各种临床状态下(包括饥饿、感染、心脏病、肾脏疾病及肝脏疾病等)有不同的表现。对ESS患者是否应使用甲状腺激素治疗的问题仍存在较大争议。
