<正> 吞咽是人类最复杂的行为之一。吞咽障碍(dysphagia)是由于下颌、双唇、舌、软腭、咽喉、食管口括约肌或食管功能受损所致的进食障碍。患者的临床表现为对液体或固体食物的摄取、吞咽发生障碍或吞咽时发生呛咳、哽噎。近年来,随着对吞咽障
