制度环境与对外直接投资逆向技术溢出

摘要：

母国制度环境正逐渐成为影响发展中国家对外直接投资的重要因素。论文运用2003～2011年我国对外投资的省际面板数据,从母国制度环境视角考察制度因素对OFDI逆向技术溢出效应的影响。研究表明,政府的教育扶持、科技扶持、金融支持、政策开放度和知识产权保护对我国OFDI逆向技术溢出有显著的正向影响,但是政府对企业的扶持未能发挥积极作用;同时,制度环境对OFDI逆向技术溢出的影响存在显著的地区差异。东部地区良好的制度环境有力地促进了该区域企业逆向技术溢出的实现,而中部和西部地区的制度环境在促进逆向技术溢出方面仍有待改善。
