知识产权保护、模仿威胁与中国制造业出口

摘要：

本文从理论上分析了知识产权保护对出口的影响机制,并利用2001-2010年中国对95个国家制造业行业出口的面板数据,实证考察了进口国的知识产权保护和模仿威胁对中国制造业出口的影响。研究表明,进口国加强知识产权保护显著增加了中国制造业的出口,其影响主要以市场扩张效应为主。进口国加强知识产权保护对中国制造业出口的影响呈现出显著的行业差异,技术密集型行业对知识产权保护比较敏感,劳动密集型和资本密集型行业对知识产权保护相对不敏感。在弱模仿威胁的进口国,加强知识产权保护主要通过市场势力效应减少了中国出口;在强模仿威胁的进口国,加强知识产权保护主要通过市场扩张效应增加中国出口。
